The device for the sluicing of preferably pneumatically transported washing consists of a conveyor line with a collecting container (14) with an inlet opening (18) from the conveyor line and unloading opening (19) in the bottom. The unloading opening is closed off by a sealing element (20) which has a bearing surface for the washing. The unloading opening is opened by the reducing in size of the bearing surface, and the bearing surface during its reduction is immovable relative to the washing.
