<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light power generating instrument which uses a flexible photoelectric converting element, enables the light energy of the sunshine, etc., to be used as a power source for usually used electric or electronic equipment, and replaces a standardized battery to serve as a general-purpose power source for the electric or electronic equipment, an accessory for the light power generating instrument which uses it, and the electric or electronic equipment using it. <P>SOLUTION: The light power generating instrument is equipped with a core part and a photoelectric conversion sheet having a photoelectric converting element and characterized in that a sheet part extending from an internal end part of an effective part of the photoelectric converting element to an internal end part of the photoelectric conversion sheet and a sheet part extending from an external end part of the effective part of the photoelectric converting element to an external end part of the photoelectric conversion sheet have substantially the same bending elasticity with the effective part of the photoelectric converting element and the instrument is in a nearly cylindrical shape on the whole with the photoelectric conversion sheet wound around the core part and can be loaded in and unloaded from a storage part for a specified standardized battery.
