PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly detect, transmit and record information at the time of a vehicle robbery and breakage, and a vehicle accident. SOLUTION: A vehicle management system is provided with a vehicle side terminal 1000 having an image pickup element, a detection means detecting an accident or an event, a first preservation means preserving information signals including image signals of the image pickup element and detection signals of the detection means and a first communication means transmitting the information signals before preservation and the preserved information signals, a terminal 1 having a second communication means receiving the information signals before the preservation or/and the preserved information signals and a second preservation means preserving the information signals received by the second communication means, and the terminal 2 having a third communication means receiving the information signals before the preservation or/and the preserved information signals and a means expressing the information signals received by the third communication means. The information amount of the information signals sent from the vehicle side terminal to the terminal 1 is made larger than the information amount of the information signals sent from the vehicle side terminal to the terminal 2. |
