PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fabric to which back coating is applied, excellent in air permeability and durability, having wide uses and rich in general-purpose properties and a method and an apparatus for producing the fabric. SOLUTION: Synthetic resin powder melting at a temperature not lower than a heat-resisting temperature of a base fabric and a material forming raised fiber is melted on the rear of the base fabric having raised fibers on the surface, and a part on the base fabric side of raised fibers on the surface is fixed to the base fabric in a state having air permeability thereby.
