PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a presentation system, an image display device, a program and a recording medium to realize smooth presentation. SOLUTION: In the presentation system composed of a PC 100 and a projector 200 connected through LAN 50, for example, while a slide image which is partly made invisible is displayed by the projector 200, the slide data representing the slide image is converted, developed or compressed into image data and transmitted to the PC 100 so that a slide image having the above part of the slide image made visible is displayed on the display part 102 of the PC 100.
