<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double tube bending method for preventing reduction of wall thickness on the outer side when bending a double tube, and a device thereof. SOLUTION: The double tube 4 having an outer tube 4a and an inner tube 4b inserted in the outer tube 4a is held by a bending die and a tightening die, one end of the outer tube 4a is held by a chucking mechanism 20 mounted on a moving table, and the double tube 4 is bent by rotating the bending die and revolving the tightening die around the bending die. A pressing mechanism 34 for applying the compressive force in the axial direction to the inner tube is provided to apply the compressive force in the axial direction to the inner tube 4b and to apply the compressive force in the axial direction to the outer tube 4a by moving the moving table.</p> |
