PURPOSE: A shaping device is provided to easily mass-produce rod-shaped popped rice in a short time by automatically cutting the formed popped rice. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a mixing part, a shaping part and a cutting part. The mixing part includes a popped rice storage(11) having a guiding pipe(12) of the popped rice; a moving pipe to release popped rice by operating a first cylinder; a starch syrup storage tank(15) having a releasing pipe equipped a solenoid valve; a mixing container(18) to mix popped rice and starch syrup; and stirring wins(23) equipped in a third cylinder(21). The shaping part contains a base(30) having a power transporting part; a main roll(33); a moving roll(34); an assisting roll(33); a guide plate(41); and a guide(43). The cutting part has an accumulating plate(50); an array plate(53); a plurality of binding plates(57); a plurality of cutting knives(62); and a supporting plat(59).
