PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a fixing member fixedly attachable to a concrete product without requiring skill by providing an anchor part to be installed in a concrete product body, and a load-receiving part integrally formed with the anchor part, on the fixing member to be fixed to a reinforcement member, and forming an opening for avoiding an interference by the reinforcement member on the anchor part. SOLUTION: A lower fastener 2 and an upper fastener 3 as fixing members have anchor parts 21, 31 and load receiving parts 22, 32 respectively, and the anchor parts 21, 31 have openings 23, 33 respectively. In addition, the lower fastener 2 and the upper fastener 3 fix the anchor parts 21, 31 on a vertical reinforcement 4 and a lateral reinforcement 5 respectively. That is, a lower collar 21b of the lower fastener 2 is welded to the lateral reinforcement 5, and the vertical reinforcement 4 is fixedly welded to the inner face of the anchor part 21, and the lateral reinforcement 5 above the lower collar 21b is made to penetrate the opening 23 of the lower fastener 2. Further, a fitting collar 31b of the upper fastener 3 is fixed to the vertical reinforcement 4, and the lateral reinforcement 5 is made to penetrate the upper and the lower part of the upper fastener 3. At the same time, the reinforcement 5 is made to penetrate the opening 33 made in an oblique side wall 31a.
