Mat forming device

摘要

The mat forming device uses a standard pile laying roll to deposit the pile as a mat on a transport belt. One or several consolidating element(s) (6) e.g. needle-like structures is/are positioned individually or in multiples on pile layers, which are in folds but not joined together, across the whole of the width of the device. The elements are located between the guide rack (4), guide sheet (3) and the transport belt (5).
