<p>A new process is described for the synthesis of ureide derivatives having formula (I) where the P ring is a saturated or unsaturated nitrogen heterocycle with 5 or 6 members, possibly containing, in addition, one or more hetero-atoms chosen from N, O and S, and in which -L is the radical of a compound containing a primary amine group. The process according to the invention comprises the condensation of said PN-H nitrogen heterocycle and of said L-NH2 compound containing a primary amine group with chloro-carbonyl derivatives. In particular, said process enables the low environmental impact and economically advantageous synthesis of β-lactam antibiotics, using new intermediates of synthesis.</p> |
