Food processing, esp. coagulation of egg white, is carried out in a continuous plastic pipe passing through a section of E01 circular waveguide with a coaxial passage at one end. The coaxial passage is joined by a power divider contg. two short circuited stubs to a rectangular waveguide coupling section. This optimizes power transfer into the oven section.</p> |
