PURPOSE:To compensate fluctuation is output of read due to a lighting or optical system, by controlling the read output through the comparison between a reference picture signal and a reference voltage. CONSTITUTION:A solid-state scanning element 31 and a charge transfer element 33 are driven with the same driving clock (a), and a reference signal (c) is outputted from the element 33. The signal (c) is given to a voltage controlled amplifier 37, the output is inputted to an error amplifier 39 and compared with a reference voltage 38. The error signal controls the amplification factor of the amplifier 37 and that of a voltage controlled amplifier 36. From the amplifier 36 to which a signal (d) obtaind from the element 31 is inputted, a picture signal (f) in which the change in luminous amount due to a lighting and optical system is compensated can be outputted. |
