<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the erroneous discrimination and prevent the wrong use of a hologram card, by discriminating it with the simultaneous detection of a direct reflected light and a diffracted light that a hologram is recorded and breaking the hologram. CONSTITUTION:The luminous flux emitted from a light source 14 is irradiated to the surface of a hologram card 11. When a hologram exists in the irradiation position, a direct reflected light 13b and a diffracted light 13c are generated and are detected by a direct reflected light detector 19 and a hologram detector respectively. Consequently, it is discriminated by a discriminating circuit 25, which operates AND between both outputs, that the hologram is recorded. When it is discriminated in the circuit 25 that the hologram is recorded, a driving part 21b of a hologram breaking equipment 21 is driven by the output of the circuit 25, and a thermoelectric element 21a approaches the surface of the card 11 to break the hologram. After the read and the break of this card 11, a unit 22 is moved by a driving device 23 to perform similar read and break operations successively.</p> |
