PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption of a semiconductor device which can function as a latch circuit and the like.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device has a first circuit and a switch for controlling a conduction state between an input terminal and the first circuit. The first circuit had n-stage (n is an integer of more than 1) second circuits and a variable resistive element. Any output node of the n-stage second circuits is connected to an input node of the first-stage second circuit via the variable resistive element.
