PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the confirmation as to whether power shortage occurs during setting. ! SOLUTION: A monitoring system including a plurality of imaging devices includes management means for managing imaging device information of the plurality of imaging devices and power supply device information of a power supply device for supplying electric power to the plurality of imaging devices, setting means for setting a function and a schedule which should be executed by one imaging device among the plurality of imaging devices, determination means for determining whether to allow the imaging device to execute the function with the schedule set by the setting means on the basis of the imaging device information and the power supply device information managed by the management means, and output means for notifying that the imaging device is not allowed in the case where the determination means determines that the imaging device is not allowed. !
