PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer capable of simply generating a print of a regularly decorated shape.SOLUTION: A printer includes a guide print part for printing a tape T having a cutoff guide G for teaching a cutoff position for cutting the tape T into a regularly decorated shape. A decorated shape label DL decorated with a regular pattern is obtained by cutting the tape T along the cutoff guide G printed on the tape T. This makes it possible to use a conventionally available tape T without producing a special form tape T anew, obtaining a decorated shape label DL in a shape having the regularly decorated shape simply and inexpensively. |
