PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust structure of a fuel cell generator which may inhibit wind effects to an exhaust port, and to provide the fuel cell generator which may use a gap between a top plate part of a case and an exhaust gas exhaust passage as the exhaust port.SOLUTION: An exhaust structure 21 of a fuel cell generator 1 includes: a fuel cell 2; a case 17 housing the fuel cell 2; and an exhaust gas exhaust passage 6 used for exhausting an exhaust gas from the fuel cell 2 to the exterior. In the exhaust structure 21, an opening 22 into which an exhaust pipe 6c located at the downstream side of the exhaust gas exhaust passage 6 is inserted and having a larger diameter than that of the exhaust pipe 6c, is formed at a top plate part 17e of the case 17. An annular space 25 is provided between a periphery of the opening 22 and the exhaust pipe 6c, and an upper part of the annular space 25 is covered by an exhaust top 23 attached to the exhaust pipe 6c. A cylindrical part 24 formed by burring processing and protruding upward is formed at the periphery of the opening 22 of the top plate 17e. |
