The lid has a passage (5) for supporting the shaft and an outer portion (7,7') that is connected to the housing by detachedly connected connecting unit (10). The inner portion (6,6') and outer portion of the lid are connected to each other along contact surface (15). The housing and inner portion of the lid is made of aluminum.
