<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a near-infrared reflective film excellent in near-infrared reflectivity, visible light permeability, coating-liquid dispersion stability, and productivity by a coating method using aqueous dispersion slurry, and also provide a near-infrared reflector using the same. <P>SOLUTION: A near-infrared reflective film comprises at least one unit where a high refractive index layer and a low refractive index layer are alternately stacked on a support.
