PURPOSE: A synthetic resin water pipe with enhanced antibacterial, dedorization, and mechanical properties and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve an adhesive power and dispersibility of different kinds of materials by processing loess powder with a hydrophobic surfactant. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin water pipe with enhanced antibacterial, dedorization, and mechanical properties is manufacture by using a composition. 10 to 15wt.% of loess powder, 1 to 3wt.% of a lubricant, 1 to 3wt.% of a stabilizer, and 5 to 10wt.% of an impact modifier is mixed with respect to 100wt.% of a polyvinyl chloride resin so that the composition is manufactured. A hydrophobic surfactant is spread on the loess powder and a HLB(Hydrophile-Lipophile Balance) value of the hydrophobic surfactant is 3 to 9.
