The silicon compound particles each contain a compound of silicon and at least one composite element chosen from the group consisting of As, Ba, Ca, Ce, Co, Cr, Cu, Er, Fe, Gd, Hf, Lu, Mg, Mn, Mo, Nb, Nd, Ni, Os, Pr, Pt, Pu, Re, Rh, Ru, Sc, Sm, Sr, Ta, Te, Th, Ti, Tm, U, V, W, Y, Yb and Zr.
