FIELD: oil and gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in pumping down working substance in cyclic mode via pressure wells and in withdrawing oil through producers, also the procedure consists in uniting pressure wells in group. The pressure wells under pumping down from the same cluster pump are analysed. They are divided into low and high intake capacity wells. Working substance is separately pumped in the cyclic mode into the high intake capacity wells by means of a high efficiency pump of low pressure. Simultaneously mineralised formation water is pumped into the low capacity intake wells with the low efficiency pump of high pressure, till reservoir pressure in the zone of low intake capacity pressure wells equals current formation pressure at the section of development. ^ EFFECT: raised oil yield of development, reduced expenditures. ^ 1 ex
