A filter built-in water-permeable water drainpipe is provided to plan ground stability of pipe neighboring because the subsurface water exhaustion problem by the sudden sea inflow of the surface water is relieved. A filter built-in water-permeable water drainpipe comprises a drainpipe which is made of the concrete, plastic or synthetic resin, and a water-permeable filter which is embedded in the wall of the drainpipe. The water of the tube inside and the filter opening the inner side of the drainpipe lower part and is embedded. The soil of the pipe periphery and the filter opening the outer side of the drainpipe top is embedded.
