A method for manufacturing loess boards for construction interior fixed by tacker pins is provided to reduce the installation cost by improving construction efficiency and to prevent foreign materials from being stuck during transportation and handling by attaching papers on the front and rear surfaces of the board. In a method for manufacturing loess boards for construction interior fixed by tacker pins, the panel-shaped board of desirable thickness(t2) is molded by mixing loess powder and vegetable materials at the volume ratio of Vs=850~950cm^3:Vc=50~150cm^3 against the total volume of V=1,000cm^3, paving the mixture in predetermined thickness(t1) in a mold, and compressing the mixture at predetermined pressure(P) by a press. Loess powder is produced by extracting yellow loess from the nature and crushing yellow loess at the particle size below No.10(2mm) and the moisture content rate of 10~15%. Vegetable material has the particle size below No.20(0.85mm) and the moisture content rate of 8~12% by crushing. |
