A color enhancement film and an optical device having the same are provided to extend a color gamut of the color enhancement film by forming a hologram pattern on the color enhancement film. A color enhancement film(10) is divided into a red region(11), a green region(13), and a blue region(12). Different hologram patterns are formed in different regions. A color filter(20) includes a red pixel region(21), a green pixel region(23), and a blue pixel region(22). An optical source(30), a light waveguide plate(40), a diffuser plate(50), and a brightness enhancement film(60) are formed under the color filter. The color enhancement film is arranged between the color filter and the waveguide plate. The beams passing through the red, green, and blue regions pass through the red, green, and blue pixel regions, respectively.
