The innermember (54) has at least one tab (58) extending inwardly and upwardly and terminatingat a first edge (60). The inner member (54) also has at least one finger member (62)protruding inwardly from the inner member (54) and terminating at a second edge(64) above the first edge (60) of the tab (58).</p>
