An organic semiconductor laser device is provided with an organic semiconductor laser active layer and a first transparent conductive film. The organic semiconductor laser device includes an anode for supplying the organic semiconductor laser active layer with holes and a cathode for supplying the organic semiconductor laser active layer with electrons. The cathode is composed of a laminate structure film provided with a metal-containing thin film layer having a thickness of less than 10nm and a second transparent conductive film laminated on the metal-containing thin film layer. In the laminate structure film, the metal-containing thin film is arranged closer to the organic semiconductor laser active layer side than the second transparent conductive film.
