PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoforming mold capable of well pressing a shoe lining material to thermoform the same. SOLUTION: In the thermoforming mold constituted so that the inner peripheral surface side of the shoe lining having an arcuate cross section is formed by the molding surface of an upper mold and the outer peripheral surface side thereof is formed by the molding surface of a lower mold, a stepped part 16d is formed to at least one of the upper mold and the lower mold so as to be protruded in the molding surface direction of the other one of the upper and lower molds to form both end walls in the peripheral direction of the shoe lining and the angles (e) and (f) of the corner parts of stepped parts 50 and 51 formed to both molds are formed as acute angles so that the interval between the stepped surface 16c of the stepped parts 16d formed to one mold and the molding surface of the other mold or the interval between both stepped surfaces 42 and 41 of the stepped parts 50 and 51 formed to both molds become gradually large outward.
