PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a musical performance stand which makes it possible to stably mount a small-sized, lightweight musical instrument even in a narrow space, the height of a mount part of which can be adjusted according to the playing mode of the musical instrument, and which is easy for even a female to carry, assemble, and disassemble. SOLUTION: In a musical performance stand 10, two tripod bases 14 each of which has three expandable/contractible legs fitted to a fitting base part 15 in a free opening/closing state in a triangular pyramid shape including the fitting base 15 as a vertex are fitted detachably through the fitting base part 15 on both end sides of the lower surface of a mount base 12 where the musical instrument can be mounted.
