PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the entire responsible maintenance persons to unitarily manage customer conditions by linking fault information with the past fault history and handling information. SOLUTION: When a fault information collecting means 110 collects the fault information of an information processor 11 of a customer system 10 and the fault information is transmitted to a fault history monitoring device 21 of a maintenance center 20 from a fault information transferring means 111 through a network 40, a fault information receiving means 211 receives the fault information, a customer information extracting means 212 fetches corresponding customer inherent information from a customer information database 23, a fault history extracting ?means 213 extracts corresponding fault history, and an alarm flag determining means 214 displays an alarm display message on an alarm displaying means 302 of an alarm displaying means 30 on the basis of a fault interval level from a fault interval level table 215 and an alarm flag from an alarm flag table 216.
