SOLUTION: A voting object deciding part 202 decides the voting object by voting, and a voting contents deciding part 204 decides voting contents by voting. An information publicly opening part 206 displays the voting object and the voting contents and also notifies a registrant of a voting start. A double voting monitoring part 210 deletes voting results and a profile coinciding with any profile in a voting results DB 304 in the case of receiving voting results and a profile transmitted from an information terminal 4. An accumulating part 208 accumulates the number of votes obtained and the total number of votes obtained of respective voting contents on the basis of voting results DB 304 and publicly opens the accumulation results. Voting is finished at the point of time when a fixed voting period passes, and the part 206 notifies voters and registrants of a voting end. The part 208 opens the final accumulation results to the public and stores accumulation results data 306 in an accumulation results DB 308. |
