PURPOSE: To prevent the gelling of a coating soln. and to obtain toughness, durability and abrasion resistance by forming a slide layer from an aq. emulsion containing a binder component composed of an amino or poihenolic curable resin, a sliding property imparting component composed of highly crystalline polyethylene wax and a surfactant component. CONSTITUTION: A slide layer is formed from an aq. emulsion containing a binder component composed of an amino or poihenolic curable resin, a sliding property imparting component composed of highly crystalline polyethylene wax and a surfactant component. A high light barrier base material is especially pref. composed of a polyester film and the thickness thereof is set to about 50-200μm. As the binder component, the amino or phenolic curable resin is used and the sliding property imparting component is pref. set to 15-35wt.% in terms of the solid in the aq. emulsion. The surfactant component is pref. selected from nonionic surfactants in order to obtain a stable coating soln.
