The hollow cavity (7) enclosed by the housing (9) is in the form of a pointed cone lying on its side. One surface line of the cone is parallel with the floor (12) of the port chamber. The conical hollow penetrates the end side of the port chamber housing so that an elliptical, rectangular or trapezoid hole (2), describing the cone's base surface, is made in the end side. The larger diameter (13) of the puncture hole in the end side runs parallel with the port chamber floor. The part of the conical hollow cavity where it penetrates the end side is constricted by a peripheral flanged end (4) over its entire periphery.
