PURPOSE:To contrive uniformization of the quality of amorphous alloy by arranging a melting crucible below a cooling medium, and arranging an injecting means from the upper nozzle as pressing molten metal in the crucible by pushing up the bottom face of the crucible. CONSTITUTION:Alloy raw material is charged into the melting crucible 11 and heated by a high frequency heating furnace 10 to make molten metal 14, and also a carbon sleeve 16, etc., constituting the outside of the pressure transmitting mechanism, is heated. And, at the time of pushing up the melting crucible 11 by working an up-and-down mechanism 12, the molten metal is pressurized, to inject the injecting molten metal 1 against the lower face of the cooling medium 3 from the head part 4 of the nozzle through the center of the pressure transmitting mechanism. The injecting molten metal 1 is cooled by the cooling medium 3, to produce a foil 21 continuously. In this way, the super rapid cooling amorphous alloy having homogeneous quality is formed. |
