The tube shaft (2) has a lateral break through (9) in which the clip magazine (11) is insertable releasably from the outside so that it comes into effective contact with a feed mechanism. The outlet of the clip magazine is aligned with a feed track guiding the clip into the locating tool (4). The clip magazine in the inserted state completely supplements the tube shaft in the area of the breakthrough. The breakthrough extends over a peripheral area of the tube shaft up to 180 deg.. The breakthrough connects directly to the locating tool and extends only over a small part of the tube shaft length. The clip magazine is releasably connectable with the tube shaft by an elastic snap connection.
