PURPOSE:To obtain a floor material having a high mechanical strength without increasing the thickness of its surface material, by placing a thermosetting resin-impregnated paper-laminated curing material between a surface material and a heat element. CONSTITUTION:A layer laminated by a base material 11, a heat element 12, a thermosetting resin-impregnated paper laminated curing material 13 and a surface layer 14 is produced based under the heat and compression, using adhesives, such as vinyl acetate resin emulsion, urea resin adhesive, vinyl acetate resin emulsion mixed adhesive, and melamine/urea co-condensing adhesive. During this treatment, the application of a mixture of adhesive resin and conductive carbon black will eliminate the need for an adhesive between the basic material 11, the heating element 12, and the heating element 12 and the thermosetting resin-impregnated paper-laminated curing material 13, since the heating element 12 itself is provided with good adhesion. The floor material composed in this manner is provided with the thermosetting resin-impregnated paper- laminated curing material placed between the surface material 14 and the heating element 12 which are all laminated into one piece, thereby improving the mechanical strength of the surface material.
