The present invention relates to a conductive elastic member and, more specifically, to a conductive elastic member which is disposed between a terminal of a test target device and a pad of a test device to electrically connect the test target device and the test device. The conductive elastic member comprises: a conductive member in which a plurality of conductive particles are vertically distributed in an elastic substance to vertically represent conductivity and which has a pillar shape; and a protective member which is cylindrical to surround the outer side of the conductive member and which has an inner circumferential face integrally coupled with the outer side of the conductive member.
