PURPOSE: An ion exchanging device is provided to adjust the height of the device and to prevent the reverse regeneration of exchanging resins. CONSTITUTION: An ion exchanging device includes a cation exchanging resin(31), an anion exchanging resin(21), an upper feeding pipe(3), and a lower feeding pipe(13). The cation exchanging resin is arranged in one of the upper chamber(20) and the lower chamber(30) of a top body(1). The anion exchanging resin is arranged in remaining chamber. The upper feeding pipe feeds liquid to the upper part of the upper chamber. The lower feeding pipe feeds liquid to the lower part of the lower chamber. The upper chamber and the lower chamber are connected.
