<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive multiple slide tables without complicated control, in a prize game machine having slide tables that reciprocate along a fixed table. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The prize game machine includes: a gear-like cam 14 where ridges and roots are continuously formed in a smooth analog waveform on the peripheral surface thereof, which is driven in rotation around the vertical shaft; a plurality of fixed tables 6 disposed at the same height at intervals in the peripheral direction in the periphery of the cam 14; a plurality of slide tables 10 individually disposed on the respective fixed tables 6 corresponding to the respective fixed tables 6 on the periphery of the cam and reciprocate inward and outward on the respective fixed tables 6; a plurality of transmission members 18, each one end of which is connected to each slide table 10, the other end thereof being abutted to the peripheral surface of the cam 14 at the same time; and an energizing means for energizing the respective transmission members 18 toward the center of rotation of the cam 14.
