SYSTEM AND PROGRAM FOR ASSISTING RAILWAY FACILITY MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize labor-saving of inspection record of railway facilities without installing ground facilities for detecting a present position of an inspector.

SOLUTION: A predetermined area having a center on a measured present position is variably defined as a facility inspection area based on position measurement accuracy of the present position by a GPS device 8. Inspection facilities is narrowed down based on inspection process from inspection facilities of which installation positions are included in the facility detection area. Then, an inspection facilities relevant to spoken voice input from a microphone 7a is identified by voice identification process based on voice data corresponding to narrowed down inspection facilities. Then, spoken voice input from the microphone 7a is subjected to voice identification process and inspection result data are input to PDA2 and are stored as inspection results of the identified inspection facility.
