PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a dynamic pressure generating part at low cost by forming a masking pattern corresponding to a shape of the dynamic pressure generating part by a collection body of minute amount of ink and treating a surface of a raw material of a mask part. SOLUTION: In this method for forming the dynamic pressure generating part, ink 12 is supplied to an outer peripheral face 2a1 of a raw material 2a' constituting a shaft member to form the masking pattern 1 and then treating a surface of a raw material of a non-mask part 1b. By removing masking 1a by heat energy further, the dynamic pressure generating part is formed. When removing the masking pattern, the raw material is heated to raise temperature of the masking pattern indirectly for melting and removing or masking pattern itself is directly heated for melting and removing.
