摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preclude relative slide from being generated between a pinon shaft of a differential unit and a taper-roller bearing in a front side for supporting the shaft by a simple constitution, even in abrupt acceleration and deceleration of a passenger car, and to surely prevent a strange noise called as a clink noise, a click noise or the like from being generated. SOLUTION: Groove G or plural recesses D are formed in a large end face 1d of an inner ring 1, a material of a companion flange 57 pressure-contacting with the large end face 1d is thereby bit in the grooves G or the respective recesses D when assembled to the differential unit, and relative rotation between the inner ring 1 and the companion flange 57 is prevented thereby to prevent the generation of the strange noise caused by the relative rotation.</p>
