<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a teaching method of a YAG laser beam machine which is capable of automatically matching the welding line with a cross target using one I/O device and correct the height direction, and easily effecting the teaching, and its device. SOLUTION: A work W is image-picked up in the X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis directions by an image picking-up means 23 provided on a laser beam machining head 11 to form a three-dimensional figure prior to the three-dimensional laser beam machining, a rough teaching point and a welding position are inputted in this figure from an inputting means 21, a master JOB is prepared by an image processing device 15, the detailed data is detected, and a corrective JOB to correct the master JOB is prepared to effect the teaching.</p> |
