PURPOSE:To suppress thermal effect to the min. by fixing the central part of a detection element substrate even when the length of the detection element substrate having detection elements arranged thereto in a linear state or a circular arc state increases and presses both end parts thereof by pressing materials. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part longer than a detection element substrate 2 is provided to a part of the radiation shielding body 7 provided in front of detection elements and holes each having length and width corresponding to those of each of the detection elements 1 are provided to the recessed part. By this constitution, the expansion and contraction of the detection element substrate 2 due to the effect of heat and the warpage thereof due to heat stress can be suppressed. Since it becomes possible to mount the detection element substrate 2 on a detection element base stand 3 constituted of a metal having good heat conductivity in a closely bonded state, the radiation property of the detection elements becomes well. By forming the radiation shielding body 7 provided in front of the detection elements 7 using a copper material, the detection elements can be electromagnetically shielded and protected from external pressure.
