PURPOSE: A fixing device for a non-mandrel pipe bending device and a non-mandrel pipe bending device having the same are provided to secure a space for accommodating extended portions of a pipe being bent because the cross section of receiving grooves of a fixing device is in an elliptical shape, not a circular shape. CONSTITUTION: A fixing device for a non-mandrel pipe bending device comprises a plurality of recesses(311) with receiving grooves(310). Restricting pieces(320) extended from the top and bottom centers of a pipe are formed on the top and bottom of the receiving grooves and restrict the upward and downward extension of the pipe being bent so that the cross section of the pipe is accurately circle.
