PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce a high density and high strength satisfactory sintered body free from defects such as a crack by hardening a ceramic slurry contg. ceramic powder and a photoreactive resin by photosetting. SOLUTION: A ceramic slurry contg. a photopolymerizable and/or photocross- linkable resin and ceramic powder consisting of 80-99 pts.wt. ceramic particles of 0.1-100μm average particle diameter and 1-20 pts.wt. fine ceramic particles of <0.1μm average particle diameter is hardened by irradiation with light and the resultant formed body is sintered to produce the objective ceramic. A metal- contg. org. compd. as a precursor of the ceramic may be incorporated as part or all of the fine ceramic particles. A cubic body may be obtd. by laminating plural flat hardened layers each having a prescribed shape formed by irradiating the ceramic slurry with light. |
