SUBSTANCE: device has floating case in form of dish open from beneath where the following components are arranged: pump branch pipe and sensor, cylindrical petroleum product receiving drum with drive and with horizontal axle of rotation which adjoins side wall of case forming passage for flow of petroleum products. Said drum is provided with elastic blades. Wall of case forming oil passage has telescopic insert moving guides. Oscillation source, for example ultrasonic generator is located in dish. Length of oil flow passage and depth of immersion of its leading edge are regulated by motion of telescopic insert over guides. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency; extended range of petroleum products both in viscosity and thickness of layer. 1 dwg
